Early morning light along the river.

Walk with me along the river

It is early morning.

The sun is rising slowly, and all is very still.

Standing for a moment beside the river early one morning. Sunlight and green reflections touch the quiet water.
Pausing for a moment beside the river early one morning. Sunlight and green reflections touch the nearby water.
Light among yellowing leaves. The cottonwoods are dappled with magic once again. The world seems new.
Light among yellowing leaves. The cottonwoods are dappled with magic once again. The world seems new.
Light touches life.
Quietly, fresh light touches life.
Leaves feasting on sunlight. Light also feeds eyes that hunger.
Leaves feasting on morning sunlight. The same light will amply feed eyes that hunger.
Trees by the river have swallowed a bite of blue sky.
Patient trees by the river have swallowed a bite of sky.
Light showers its abundance. Light embraces life.
The light showers its warm abundance. Light embraces life.
